Most orders ship within 1-2 Business days. We offer the fastest shipping turnaround possible. Therefore, once your order has shipped, you can expect delivery anywhere from 1-5 business days depending on the shipping method chosen.
Sports World 165 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please note that once the label is created and handed over to USPS the package and delivery are unfortunately out of our hands.
Any claims or delays will need to be addressed with USPS. We highly recommend adding "Signature on Delivery" at checkout to prevent package theft. Otherwise, the carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. All unclaimed and returned/refused packages will be subject to additional shipping charges to get the package shipped out again.
You may return new, unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery for a refund on the item only. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, with tags, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any merchandise marked “New Arrivals, Final Sale or Clearance” cannot be returned”.
Can I return a hat if I’m not in the US?
Returns are accepted on domestic U.S.A orders only. We do not accept returns on international orders.
Who pays for the return shipping label?
Buyers are responsible for the cost associated with return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For orders shipped for free that are returned, the shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund (between $8 to $10 Continental U.S.)
How can I get a return label from you?
If your purchase meets the return requirements you can contact us at sportsworld165@gmail.com and let us know that you wish to make a return and need a label. We will send you the label and deducted it from the final refund. The average return label cost for the continental U.S. is $8-$10.
What if you sent me a wrong hat?
We are very careful when shipping our caps, but because sometimes mistakes can happen, we want to make sure that you are fully covered. Contact us to sportsworld165@gmail.com with the pictures of the wrong item sent, just to correct the mistakes and improve in the future. We will send you a shipping label for the return and proceed at your request. We can either send the right hat or issue a refund upon delivery.
On every release, one order per customer is allowed. Multiple orders will get canceled with notice.
